Этот вопрос дискутируется на протяжении многих лет. Однако консенсус между авторами, представляющими противоположные точки зрения на геморциркуляцию в селезенке, до настоящего времени не установлен. Цель работы - представить данные о морфофункциональных особенностях системы гемоциркуляции в селезенке человека. Работа выполнена на препаратах селезенки (n=17) людей различного возраста. Использованы инъекционные и гистологические методы исследования. Полученные данные свидетельствуют о чрезвычайно сложной ангиоархитектонике селезенки человека, включающей в себя открытую и закрытую системы циркуляции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Open or closed system of blood circulation in the spleen? This issue has been debated for many years. However, a consensus between the authors representing opposing viewpoints on hemorrhage in the spleen has not been established to date. The purpose of the study is to provide data on morphological-functional features of the blood circulation system in the human spleen. The work was performed on spleen preparations (n=17) of people of different ages. Injectional and histological methods of investigation were used.
