Концентрации ВРА и TCS измеряли непосредственно в ткани яичка методом газовой хроматографии с масс-спектрометрией (GC-MS). Было обнаружено, что группы сравнения статистически значимо различались по концентрации бисфенола А и триклозана в тканях яичка. Проведенное исследование показало, что бисфенол А и триклозан оказывают негативное влияние на морфофункциональное состояние мужских половых желез половозрелых крыс, вызывая снижение массы яичек, уменьшение площади паренхимы, числа и диаметра семенных извитых канальцев, увеличение числа извитых семенных канальцев со слущенным эпителием, а также снижение количества сперматозоидов на фоне увеличения их атипичных форм.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We studied the effect of unstable ubiquitous endocrine disrupters bisphenol A (BPA) and triclosan (TCS) on the reproductive function of adult male Wistar rats. BPA and TCS concentrations were measured directly in testicular tissue by gas chromatography with mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Comparison groups were found to be statistically significantly different in the concentrations of bisphenol A and triclosan in testicular tissues. The study showed that bisphenol A and triclosan have a negative effect on the morphofunctional state of the male reproductive glands of sexually mature rats, causing a decrease in testicular mass, a decrease in parenchyma, the number and diameter of the seminiferous tubules, an increase in the number of convoluted seminiferous tubules with desquamated epithelium, and a decrease in sperm cells on the background of an increase in their atypical forms.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>яичко крысы</kwd><kwd>морфология яичка</kwd><kwd>сперматогенез</kwd><kwd>бисфенол А</kwd><kwd>триклозан</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>rat testicle</kwd><kwd>testicle morphology</kwd><kwd>spermatogenesis</kwd><kwd>bisphenol A</kwd><kwd>triclosan</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Nieschlag E, Behre HM.
