Цель исследования - изучение половых различий структурных компонентов слизистой оболочки разных отделов ободочной кишки у половозрелых мышей С57ВL/6. Проводили измерения массы тела, длины ободочной кишки, морфологическое и морфометрическое исследование слизистой оболочки ободочной кишки у половозрелых самцов и самок мышей С57ВL/6. По сравнению с половозрелыми самками у самцов мышей больше показатели массы тела и длины ободочной кишки. По сравнению с самками у самцов в слизистой оболочке ободочной кишки и, особенно в её дистальном отделе, выше объемная доля бокаловидных клеток и клеточных элементов, что отражает большую выраженность компартментов слизистого и иммунологического барьеров. Выявленные половые гистофизиологические различия ободочной кишки и её отделов, очевидно, предопределяют особенности течения патологических процессов в зависимости от пола и отдела толстой кишки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The morphofunctional differences of colon between sexes are not well studied. The goal of this research is to study the sexual difference of structural components of mucosal layer in different parts of colon in adult mice of C57BL/6 strain. The body mass and the length of colon were evaluated and the morphological and morphometric evaluation of mucosal layer were conducted in adult male and female mice of C57BL/6 strain. In comparison with adult females, males tended to have more body weight and longer colon. In colon mucosa, especially in the distal colon, there was greater volumetric proportion of goblet cells and other cell elements, which could reflect the greater intensity of mucosal and immunological compartments.
