В обзоре анализируются морфологические аспекты диагностики новой группы нозологий, связанных с иммунологическими и, частично, с аллергическими проявлениями в органах дыхательной и пищеварительной систем, как непосредственно соприкасающихся с условиями внешней среды. Это сравнительно недавно идентифицированная группа патологий, связанных с нарушениями в функциях эозинофилов и проявляющихся симптомами, сходными с аллергическими. Они названы эозинофилитами. Такие заболевания впервые были обнаружены среди патологий носовой полости и были названы неаллергическими ринитами. Кроме ринитов известны и другие формы эозинофилитов. Наиболее известен эозинофильный эзофагит, эозинофильный гастрит и эозинофильный дуоденит. Существуют в настоящее время и другие подобные патологии, связанные с нарушениями функций гранулоцитов. Разработана клиническая дифференциальная диагностика аллергического и неаллергического ринитов, одним из разновидностей которого является неаллергический ринит с эозинофильным синдромом. Только клиническая диагностика этого заболевания не дает полной картины процесса. На основе анализа литературных данных и результатов собственных исследований авторы считают необходимым для понимания сути патологических процессов при эозинофилитах и их клинических проявлений производить развёрнутую патоморфологическую диагностику поражённых органов на основе ряда предлагаемых авторами критериев.
In the review analyzed morphological aspects of diagnosis of a new group of nosology, which associated with immunological and partly with allergic manifestations in respiratory and digestive systems, as systems which have direct contact with the environmental conditions. This is a relatively newly identified pathology associated with disturbances in the functions of eosinophils and in which exhibits symptoms similar to allergies. They are named eosinophilities. Such diseases were first detected among pathologies of the nasal cavity and were called non-allergic rhinitis. Also is known besides rhinitis other forms eosinophilities. The most famous is eosinophilic esophagitis, eosinophilic gastritis and eosinophilic duodenitis. There are now other similar patology, associated with dysfunction of granulocytes. Most developed the clinical differential diagnosics of allergic and not allergic rhinitis and one of the species which is nonallergic rhinitis with eosinophilic syndrome. Only clinical diagnosis of this disease does not give a complete picture of the process. Based on the analysis of literature data and the results of their own research authors believe that for understanding of pathological processes of eosinophilities and their clinical manifestations need advanced pathomorphological diagnostics of affected organs based on the criteria suggested by the authors.
