Исследование выполнено на 36 половозрелых молодых самках крыс  линии Wistar. Установлено, что кисспептин оказывает регулирующее влияние на эстральный цикл крыс, а блокада кисспептинергических рецепторов приводит к длительному нарушению эстрального цикла, заключающегося в исчезновении фазы овуляции и к развитию вторичного бесплодия.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>36 mature young female Wistar rats conducted an experimental study of the effect of pharmacological blockade kisspeptine receptors on rat’s estrous cycle. Found that kisspeptin has a regulating effect on the estrous cycle of rats.
