В эксперименте установлено, что тучные клетки реагируют изменением морфофункционального состояния на воспалительную реакцию в зоне раневого дефекта. Наибольшая выраженность данной реакции определяется в асептических ранах при селективном действии обогащенной тромбоцитами плазмы крови, а также при комбинированном влиянии гидроимпульсной санации и обогащенной тромбоцитами плазмы крови на гнойное течение раневого процесса.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Experimental study of the morphological response of mast cells with selective and combined influence of platelet-rich plasma on and aseptic suppurative course of the wound process in the skin. The experiment found that mast cells respond by changing the morphofunctional state on the inflammatory reaction in the area of the wound defect.
