В то же время его форма взаимосвязана с конфигурацией зубного ряда и тесно участвует в формировании аномалий зубо–челюстной системы, и, в первую очередь, прикуса. Изучение взаимосвязей различных форм черепа с формами костного неба и возрастной динамики краниометрических параметров в разных возрастах является одной из важных задач, стоящих перед клиницистами и морфологами. Целью исследования было изучение возрастной динамики краниометрических параметров и варианты сочетания анатомических форм черепа с анатомическими же формами костного неба. Возрастные параметры были изучены на 120 черепах людей разного возраста из краниологической коллекции фундаментального музея кафедры анатомии человека и медицинской терминологии Азербайджанского медицинского университета. Проведено комплексное исследование, суть которого заключалась в измерении краниометрических и морфометрических параметров черепа и костного неба и в их оценке. Изучались верхний индекс лица, поперечно–продольный индекс свода и основания черепа, поперечно–продольный индекс костного неба. Оригинальным методом изучались размеры между нестандартными точками. Нестандартными точками были внутренние края альвеолярного отростка верхней челюсти на уровне верхних клыков, а также на уровне вторых премоляров и моляров. Анализ полученных данных показал, что в параметрах свода черепа не всегда обнаруживается возрастные изменения. Коэффициенты вариации ширины черепа и верхней высоты лица были выше, чем у показателей длины черепа и скулового диаметра. Мезокраны и мезобазиляры преобладали при всех формах костного неба. Лептены чаще сочетались с лептостафилией, а эурены с брахи­стафилией. Эурены не обнаруживаются при лептостафилии, а лептены при брахистафилии. По сравнению с брахикранами, брахибазиляры оказались более совместимы с лептостафилией. Результаты исследования указывают на наличие определенной взаимосвязи между формой черепа и костного неба с возрастной динамикой краниометрических параметров.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The bonal palate is an anatomical structure that provides the strength of the force buttresses of the facial skull and allows the pressure created in the chewing apparatus to be evenly distributed across the gums. At the same time, its shape is interrelated with the configuration of the dentition and is closely involved in the formation of anomalies of the teeth-jaw system, and, first of all, the occlusion. The study of the relationship of various forms of the skull with the forms of the bony palate and the age-related dynamics of craniometric parameters at different ages is one of the important tasks facing clinicians and morphologists. The aim of the study was to study the age-related dynamics of craniometric parameters and options for combining the anatomical forms of the skull with the anatomical forms of the bony palate. Age parameters were studied on 120 skulls of people of different ages from the craniological collection of the fundamental museum of the Department of Human Anatomy and Medical Terminology of the Azerbaijan Medical University. A comprehensive study was carried out, the essence of which was to measure the craniometric and morphometric parameters of the skull and bony palate and to comparing evaluate them. The superscript of the face, the transverse-longitudinal index of the fornix and base of the skull, and the transverse-longitudinal index of the bony palate were studied. The original method was used to study the dimensions between non-standard points. The non-standard points were the inner edges of the maxillary alveolar ridge at the level of the upper canines, as well as at the level of the second premolars and molars. Analysis of the data obtained showed that age-related changes are not always detected in the parameters of the cranial vault. The coefficients of variation of the cranial width and upper face height were higher than those of the cranial length and zygomatic diameter. Mesocranes and mesobasillaries prevailed in all forms of the bony palate. Leptenes were more often combined with leptostaphily, and eurenas with brachistaphily. Eurenas are not found in leptostaphily, and leptens in brachistaphily. Compared to brachycrans, brachybasillaries were found to be more compatible with leptostaphily.
