Цель исследования - установить референтные значения генитометрических параметров у юношей, проживающих в Республике Саха (Якутия) и особенности их взаимосвязи с соматометрическими показателями как сопряженными предикторами репродуктивных функций. В обследовании приняли участие совершеннолетние юноши коренной национальности в возрасте 18-20 лет, постоянно проживающие в Республике Саха (Якутия), всего 74 человека. Антропометрические измерения включали в себя измерения тотальных размеров и массы тела, компонентного состава тела методом биоимпедансометрии. Ультразвуковое исследование органов мошонки производилось на портативном ультразвуковом сонографе «Mindray M7» с использованием линейного датчика частотой 7,5 МГц. Ультразвуковое сканирование яичек было сделано в трех проекциях, придатков яичек – в двух проекциях. Объем яичек в мл рассчитывали по формуле Brown (1981). Показаны статистически значимые различия данных антропометрии и биоимпедансометрии в двух группах юношей с нормальным и повышенным значениями индекса массы тела. Среднее значение индекса массы тела юношей составило 22,09±0,82. Нормальная масса тела определена у 78,2% юношей, избыточная масса – у 21,8%, случаев ожирения и недостаточного веса не выявлено. Наиболее вариабельными являются длина правого яичка (4,29±0,14 см), наиболее стабильными и независимо варьирующими – широтные размеры яичек (толщина левого яичка составила 2,18±0,05 см). Установлены билатеральные различия в размерах яичек, параметры правого яичка достоверно превышают параметры левого яичка. Статистически значимая корреляционная взаимосвязь присуща для среднего объема яичек с величиной фазового угла, умеренная – с показателями активной клеточной массы и скелетно-мышечной массы. Полученные данные могут быть использованы в качестве референсных величин в клинической практике для оценки развития и соответствия возрастным нормам и в диагностике нарушений физического развития и репродуктивной системы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The study of the relationship of a number of somatometric parameters with the characteristics of the reproductive functions of men is an urgent problem of modern andrology and reproductive medicine. The purpose of the study was to establish the reference values ​​of genitometric parameters in young men living in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the features of their relationship with somatometric parameters as conjugate predictors of reproductive functions. The survey involved adult boys of indigenous nationality aged 18-20 years, permanently residing in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), a total of 74 people. Anthropometric measurements included measurements of total body size and weight, body composition by bio-impedancemetry. Ultrasound examination of the scrotum was performed on a portable ultrasound sonograph «Mindray M7» using a linear transducer with a frequency of 7,5 MHz. Ultrasound scanning of testicles was made in three projections, of testicles appendages - in two projections. Testicular volume in ml was calculated using Brown's (1981) formula. Statistically significant differences in anthropometry and bio-impedancemetry data in two groups of young men with normal and elevated body mass index values ​​are shown. The average value of the body mass index of young men was 22,09±0,82. Normal body weight was determined in 78,2% of young men, overweight - in 21,8%, cases of obesity and underweight were not detected. The most variable are the length of the right testicle (4,29±0,14 cm), the most stable and independently varying are the latitudinal dimensions of the testicles (the thickness of the left testicle was 2,18±0,05 cm). Bilateral differences in the size of the testicles were established, the parameters of the right testicle significantly exceed those of the left testicle. A statistically significant correlation is inherent in the average volume of the testicles with the phase angle, moderate - with indicators of active cell mass and skeletal muscle mass.
