Abstract
In the review analyzed morphological aspects of diagnosis of a new group of nosology, which associated with immunological and partly with allergic manifestations in respiratory and digestive systems, as systems which have direct contact with the environmental conditions. This is a relatively newly identified pathology associated with disturbances in the functions of eosinophils and in which exhibits symptoms similar to allergies. They are named eosinophilities. Such diseases were first detected among pathologies of the nasal cavity and were called non-allergic rhinitis. Also is known besides rhinitis other forms eosinophilities. The most famous is eosinophilic esophagitis, eosinophilic gastritis and eosinophilic duodenitis. There are now other similar patology, associated with dysfunction of granulocytes. Most developed the clinical differential diagnosics of allergic and not allergic rhinitis and one of the species which is nonallergic rhinitis with eosinophilic syndrome. Only clinical diagnosis of this disease does not give a complete picture of the process. Based on the analysis of literature data and the results of their own research authors believe that for understanding of pathological processes of eosinophilities and their clinical manifestations need advanced pathomorphological diagnostics of affected organs based on the criteria suggested by the authors.

Abstract
Structural and functional states of the rete ovarii were investigated in healthy mature females Guinea pigs and Guinea pigs during the acute phase of genital herpes virus infection. The methods of light and transmission electron microscopy, immunohistochemical analysis of alpha-receptors to estrogenes, immunofluorescence studies of herpes simplex virus antigens, quantitative morphometry were used. In the acute phase of genital herpes infection all animals had the multi cystic transformation of the rete ovarii in the background of overt signs of inflammation in the medulla of the ovaries; also a decrease in the activity of immunohistochemical labelling of nuclei of epithelial cells of the rete ovarii to the alpha-receptor of estrogenes and immunofluorescent staining of the nuclei of these cells to the virus antigens was registered. Therefore negative effects of the herpes simplex virus on the regulatory effects of estrogenes and morphophysiology of rete ovarii with the outcome in cystic transformation were showed.

Abstract
The development of highly effective and safe vaccines against plague and tularemia increases the demands on the accuracy and informativeness of safety assessment methods developed drugs. The purpose of research - to characterize the surface architecture of erythrocyte membranes (PAME) in the blood of mice immunized with vaccine strains cultures Francisella tularensis 15 lines NIIEG and Yersinia pestis EV line NIIEG at different times. The immunized animals were also registered a decrease in the number of discocytes increasing the number of transformed forms of cells. The severity of the changes PIFFA on the first day of the experiment were in direct relation to the immunizing dose of the vaccine strains of the plague and tularemia microbe. In the process of immunogenesis changes PIFFA was planned reduction in the number of transformed cells in the period from 3 to 21 days of observation. On the histogram curve of the cross section of the cells in all immunized animals were observed deeper wrinkling of the membrane surface, expressed in the early stages of immunogenesis and subsequent smoothing of the contours of erythrocytes that matches the picture of a partial restoration of damaged membrane structure and cell metabolism. Thus, in normal hematopoietic system reacts to external influence actively and quickly restore equilibrium within himself, that allows us to consider the possibility of taking into account the state of PAME to characterize the adaptive-compensatory reactions of microorganism with the vaccine process.

Abstract
By using methods of immunocytochemistry, transmission electron microscopy, light microscopy we studied the production of atrial natriuretic peptide in cardiac myocytes in rats in different types of hypertension. We suggested that high level of blood pressure does not influent on the accumulation and excretion of atrial natriuretic peptide without a combination of factors, including the increase in the area of connective tissue in the intercellular space, hypertrophy and changes in the ultrastructure of cardiomyocytes, and hypoxia in the vasorenal hypertension and in the remote post-reperfusion period in rats.

Abstract
The results of histochemical evaluation of protein expression of GFAP, CD56 (NCAM) and Cyclin D1 in the brain tissue in rats of different ages when exposed to a regular physical activity are presented. Results. It is found that the exercise stress stimulated the neurogenesis in old and young animals, to a greater extent - in females. In young animals in control as well as in experimental group the neurogenesis was observed in the subependymal zone. During exercise neurogenesis was also observed in the hippocampus (in females). In the control group of old animals the neurogenesis was detected in the hippocampus in a small number of females. In older animals treated graduated physical stress, the new nerve cells formed in the subependymal zone - both in males and females, and in the ependyma - in females. However in older animals a certain part of the newly formed cells (in the dentate gyrus and hippocampus), is (можно was) apparently still differentiated towards in glial phenotype.

Abstract
Dog parodentium and nodes (n=5) reaction to the mandibular bone anterior teeth has been studies. The surgery has been performed according to an ingenious technology (RF Patents №№ 2532886, 2421179) using axis pins made of biodegradable material called «Lioplast». Mathematical calculation and unique technical equipment have made it possible to manufacture optimum bone pegs for each operation and to shape the bored canals tangentially at the level of ½ replanted tooth root. This has ensured secure fixation of replanted teeth in the sockets as well as fast and full peg biodegradation due to the complete contact between the recipient’s (the socket and the tooth) and the donor’s (the peg) tissues. The obtained data indicate the absence of marked morphofunctional changes in parodentium and regional lymph nodes during dental replantation performed according to the new technology.

Abstract
Pathomorphological changes of the right His’ bundle branch of the conductive system of the heart in 100 cases of the death of different infectional diseases was studied. It is shown that the right His’ bundle branch damage is rarer than in working myocardium and is more typical to a long course of the disease with higher frequency of inflammatory changes in the distal part of the right branch.

Abstract
Myenteric ganglia of colon of C57Bl/6 mice with acute DSS-induced colitis were investigated. The cell composition of myenteric ganglia and cytometric values of myenteric neurons were studied. It was found a decrease in number of hypochromic neurons and glial cells and an increase in number of hyperchromic neurons. The area of neurons and their nuclei decreased in colitis. These morphological changes of myenteric ganglia in colitis may cause an impairing of motor and secretory functions of colon.

Abstract
A set of parameters of microcirculation in the periocular area was studied in elderly cataract patients with chronic cardiac insufficiency. It was demonstrated that chronic left ventricular insufficiency worsen damage of microcirculation attributed to aging processes. Increasing perfusion pressure in microcirculation network of periocular area is leading to higher rate of postsurgical complications in elderly cataract patients.

Abstract
After allotransplantation bone marrow -the detection of monoamine oxidase, and acid phosphatase in the mucosa were found obese (having a different effect, which is defined as a variety of mediators, and the peculiarities of their regulatory properties, mast cell histamine increases coagulational (thrombotic) properties of the blood, increases the permeability of blood vessels, providing nociceptive action is one of the most important mediators of inflammation and granular cells (which play a fundamental role in autonomic regulation of bone marrow function as neuroendocrine, paracrine and regulatory). In the processing of monoamine oxidase mast cell structure could be divided into two groups of cells: compact and degranulated. When allografting one accounts for 4-5 lymphoid nodule germinal center.

Abstract
The placenta is the organ develops in accordance with realization the genotype mother and fetus. In women of reproductive age is predominant normosthenic body type. Among Kirgiz women hypersthenic type notes more often than among Russian women; asthenic type often defined in Russian women than Kirgiz women. The least of all differences are expressed in women aged up to 20 years. The size of the pelvis in women giving birth are characterized by expressed ethnic, constitutional and age characteristics.

Abstract
For the purpose of identification of age changes of dimensional characteristics of brain arteries of adults of 35-60 years studied, specimen of the anterior cerebral artery (ACA), middle cerebral artery (MCA), posterior cerebral artery (PCA), posterior communicating artery (PCoA), the basilar arteries (BA) and the intracranial parts of vertebral arteries (IPVA) withdrawn at autopsy of 46 corpses of men and women of the 2nd period of mature age are. Studied length, external diameter, wall thickness of arteries and diameter of a gleam. The obtained data differ from averages for population of adults. Especially strongly differs size wall thickness of arteries which in the 2nd period of mature age is 10% less than average. In decreasing order of sizes of the studied parameters, arteries were distributed as follows: BA, MCA, IPVA, PCA, ACA and PCoA. External diameter - the stablest morphological parameter of arteries of a brain. Its variability the lowest.
