MORPHOLOGICAL REACTION OF MAST CELLS IN REPARATIVE REGENERATION IN THE SKIN UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF REGIONAL FACTORS

https://doi.org/10.20340/mv-mn.2014.0(3):20-30

Abstract

Experimental study of the morphological response of mast cells with selective and combined influence of platelet-rich plasma on and aseptic suppurative course of the wound process in the skin. The experiment found that mast cells respond by changing the morphofunctional state on the inflammatory reaction in the area of the wound defect. The greatest intensity of this reaction is determined in aseptic wounds during selective action of platelet-rich plasma, as well as by the combined effect of pulse rehabilitation and platelet-rich plasma to treat the course of the wound process.
