Abstract
On irrigogramms of 90 patients without abdominal pathology 4 roentgenological forms of the caecum are eliminated, differences in golotopy and sceletotopy of the ileocecal section are investigated. Range of differences in roentrenoanatomical dimensions of the caecum is from 30 mm to 94 mm. Quantitative characteristics of differences in levels of the ileocecal section position is: in iliac fossa 72,2%, on the level of ilium crest 11,1%, higher of ilium crest 2,3%, in lesser pelvis 14,4% of all cases. It’s established that the terminal part of the ileum has the ascending diretion in ovewrwhelming majority of cases.

Abstract
Experimental study of the morphological response of mast cells with selective and combined influence of platelet-rich plasma on and aseptic suppurative course of the wound process in the skin. The experiment found that mast cells respond by changing the morphofunctional state on the inflammatory reaction in the area of the wound defect. The greatest intensity of this reaction is determined in aseptic wounds during selective action of platelet-rich plasma, as well as by the combined effect of pulse rehabilitation and platelet-rich plasma to treat the course of the wound process.

Abstract
The diagnosis of the sex is one of the main points of forensic medical and criminalistics research. The measurements of osteometric parameters of bones of the additional skeleton of the lower limb according to many authors provide valuable material for this. The aim of this study was to determine the variability and sexual quantitative differences of osteometric parameters of bones of the human foot. Materials for the study were 57 cases of observation (16 women and 41 men). The direct osteometry made by using electronic caliper type with a digital reading device and an accuracy class 1 until 0.01 mm. In this study was determined average values and variability of 14 osteometric parameters. Statistically significant sex differences was detected for the following osteometric parameters of calcanei: its length, maximum length, the length of the back, the width of the sustentaculum tali, calcaneal body height and the height of the calcaneal tuber, as well as physical indicators of the bones volume and its weight and bone density. The possibility of using the detected differences as criteria for the diagnosis of the skeletal sex is discussed.

Abstract
The work has studied the histostructure of the temporomandibular joint capsule in intact (n=3) and experimental (n=5) dogs with a 50% compression stenosis of the common carotid artery. The objective of the work is to detect adaptive capabilities of various joint capsule structures to chronic ischemia. The data obtained by the study have demonstrated apparent changes in the synovial membrane microvasculature. Vascular structures intended for synovial fluid ultrafiltration have been practically excluded from the circulation by expanded and desquamated endotheliocytes. Hemocirculation remained in the synovial membrane surface due to the functioning of arteriolovenular anastomoses.

Abstract
Data on the structural organization microvasculature of the small intestine are very scarce. This results from the fact that major part of these data have been obtained by means of injection which does not allow to detect the histostructure of the microvessel wall. To the present day, these methodological difficulties have been restricting the studies of microvasculature of the small intestine at different periods of its functional activity, at functional rest and at the height of intestinal digestion. The aim of the work: obtaining new valid data on the structural organisation of the small intestine microvasculature by the combined method of intra- and extravascular argentation. The obtained data have made it possible to find a range of microvasculature digestive reactions in various intestine parts. These data are evidently of both theoretical and clinical value.

Abstract
It was revealed that in endotoxicosis the process of apoptosis in peripheral blood monocytes intensifies. But the number of cells dying by necrosis increases as well. The determination of the ratio of viable cells, the number of cells dying by apoptosis and necrosis, may serve as the predictor of estimation the severity of endotoxicosis, prospects for a favorable outcome and a successful treatment of the disease. Hydrogen peroxide, histamine, serotonin, however with the different proapoptotic activity, affect on the start of apoptosis program in donor’s blood monocytes and in the blood monocytes of the patients with endotoxicosis.

Abstract
Influence of pulse low-intensive laser radiation of infrared and red ranges on culture of mesenchymal stem cells of the person of in vitro is studied. It is shown that at used power and temporary parameters of influence of low-intensive laser radiation the morphology and viability of mesenchymal stem cells doesn’t change. Slight increase of quantity of cages in comparison with control was observed. The best effect after radiation was shown by infrared pulse low-intensive laser radiation from the first cultivation on the third days.

Abstract
The actual problem of modern anthropology and forensic osteology is skeletal diagnostics of the sex. The definition of osteometric indices of foot bones can give valuable information to solve this problem. The aim of this study was to determine the variability of osteometric indices of middle phalanges of the foot of adults. The material for the study served 51 cases of observation (19 women and 32 men). Direct osteometric measurements were made on certify collection of foot bones with an electronic caliper to the nearest 0.01 mm. A statistical analysis of the fingers variability and sex differences of 15 osteometric pointers and indexes was made. Classic osteometric indexes by Alekseev V.P., indexes elaborated by the authors, indexes of fluctuating asymmetry and partial finger indexes was used. Authors found that the variability of osteometric pointers and indexes of fingers supports the hypothesis about the leading role of the second and fourth rays in morphogenesis and bone architecture of the autopodium of foot, which play a key role in the determination of hormonemediated sex differences. Statistically significant sex differences of middle phalanges of the foot which were studied with elaborated by the authors’ indexes in the first time were detected. These were the parameters that characterize the area of the articular surfaces of the head and the base of phalanges. The study proved that the obtained sex differences have the high diagnostic value and confirm the importance of the size of the interphalangeal articular surfaces of adjacent phalanges of autopodium which experiencing gistogenetic and mechanical influences and interactions in time of development of their germs in one axis. According to the authors the expressed quantitative differences are due morphogenetically.

Abstract
A study of the internal organs of rats after long-term (20 weeks) excessive consumption of carbohydrates and fats was realized. The diet of experimental animals consisted of standard feed, enriched with fat, and 20% fructose solution instead of drinking water. It was shown that in the absence of weight gain and raised glucose and triglyceride levels the rats developed fatty liver disease, lipomatosis of the pancreas and crown-like structures in adipose tissue.

Abstract
The analysis of the distribution and the possible role of macrophage subpopulations of (Mf) pro-(M1) and anti-inflammatory (M2) phenotype in the development of atherosclerotic lesions was conducted. Morphohistological assessment of the lesions types was performed according to the WHO classification. In each sample Mf M1 (MCP1 + - cells) and M2 (CD206+ and CD163+ - cells) were detected by immunohistochemical staining. The analysis revealed that in all types of lesions both subpopulations of Mf are present, and the numerical ratio between them can vary significantly in different areas and types of the plaques. Subpopulation Mf M1 mainly concentrates in areas of infiltration by inflammatory cells and active absorption of lipids, and M2 - in the areas of reparation of the intercellular matrix and angiogenesis. Quantitative evaluation of the distribution of both subpopulations in clinically more significant areas of plaques most prone to rupture or thrombosis - in the fibrous caps (adluminal fibrous layers) and shoulders. No significant difference in the content of Mf M1 and M2 in the shoulders has been identified. In the fibrous cap of atheroma, fibroatheroma and complicated lesions compared with fibrous and fibrocalcific lesions significantly more intensive infiltration of both Mf subpopulations was detected. The conclusion is that the balance of power between pro- and anti-inflammatory Mf subpopulations significantly influences on the formation of atherosclerotic lesions and development of complications of atherosclerosis.

Abstract
Most data on hematologic/lymphatic interrelations in the heart have been obtained by means of interstitial injection of various stains, of Herot mass in particular. Low information value and numerous artifacts do not allow to consider the data on the heart intraorganic lymphatic bed obtained by this method to be significant. Being accepted by clinicians as “the ultimate truth” and used as the basis for remedial actions, they require a most thorough revision. The objective of the work is to obtain new data on hematologic/lymphatic interrelations in the epicardium of dogs (n=5) by means of the combined impregnation methods with the prior argyrophily of the intraorganic lymphatic microvessels wall.
