Abstract
Migration of neutrophilic granulocytes (NG), whose main function is phagocytosis, is primarily caused by the venule lumen. Nevertheless, NGs are often "blamed" for their ability to block microcirculation in the systemic circulation and thus to develop the no - reflow phenomenon in the cerebrum and myocardium. Apparently, NGs are a priori believed to enter the venous bed trans capillary, although their morphological features should prevent it. Are NGs able to circulate into venules via arterio-venous anastomoses (AVA)? The aim of the research is to elucidate the role of AVA in neutrophilic granulocyte circulation. The paper presents the study of the intestine, skeletal muscles, myocardium, cerebrum, peritoneum, and spleen in cats (n=7) and white rates (n=17). The research methods are intravascular impregnation by the Ranvier method, a universal method of impregnation with various silver salts, routine histological methods of staining paraffin sections. In intact animals, neutrophilic granulocytes enter the venules via AVAs only. In the myocardium and cerebrum, which have no AVAs, due to the blood separation phenomenon, NGs enter the epicardium exclusively in the former case and the facial soft tissues and pachymeninx in the latter.

Abstract
It is recognized the leading role of H. Pylori in the etiology and pathogenesis of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, it is established morphological features of changes in the mucosa at mono - infection. However, lesions of the stomach may have mixed infectious character, changing the course of the main disease. The aim of research is to investigate the statement of the mucous membrane in its contamination with H. Pylori, Fungi of the species Candida, cryptosporidium in patients with irritable bowel syndrome. Biopsies of the mucous membrane of different stomach parts were studied, using conventional methods of dyeing with further evaluation of the results. Pathological changes in the stomach mucosa were depended on the localization of the process, the measure of contamination, and the presence of various life forms of pyloric Helicobacter whereas cryptosporidium and fungi of the species Candida (non - invasive form) did not influence essentially.

Abstract
Creation of the modern regulatory indicators in the anthropometric studies of women of different constitutional types (somatotype) is dictated by the requirements of clinical disciplines as it is proven that there is a stable relationship between body type and many nosological forms. The aim of the study was to obtain data on the features of length and body weight, body mass index in girls 18 - 20 years of age, who represented the different constitutional types. 125 women belonging to the Slavic ethnic group and almost healthy were examined using the method of complex anthropometry and bio impedansemetry. Somato - typological specificity of body mass index, which is the most important indicator for evaluating the physical development and nutritional status in clinical practice, was proven.

Abstract
Are there syncytial links in the nervous system? A long and revolving discussion on this issue has not come to a close until present day. However, the evidence of neurocyte syncytial connections in various parts of the nervous system has been received both at the light - optical and the electron - microscopic levels. Nevertheless, the opponents of syncytial links have cast doubt on the credibility of this evidence, Thus, the data obtained by means of light microscopy have been documented by pictures instead of photomicrography whereas the electron microscopy data are considered to be artefacts. The aim of the research is to establish neurocyte syncytial connections in the ganglia of the intermuscular and the sub - mucous intestine plexus. In the article present the study of split specimens (n=179) of the intestinal wall of mature outbred cats (n=5). All the elements of the intermuscular and the sub - mucous nerve plexus were revealed by intra and extravascular impregnation with silver salts. The neurocyte syncytial connections in the ganglia are by two varieties: as fusion of neurocyte bodies and formation of a common process by the two neurocytes.

Abstract
In a study on rats in the evaluation of morphological picture of vaginal smears studied the effect of reserpine model of depression in the course of the estrous cycle. The action of reserpine at a dose causes prolongation depress estrous phase, decrease in estrus squamous cell and decrease karyopyknotic index. It is concluded that the depletion of stocks of reserpine-catecholamine neurotransmitters violates neuroendocrine mechanisms controlling reproductive function and leads to the development hypoestrogenic state.

Abstract
Cytoarchitectonic of area 44 of speech - movement area of cerebral cortex of men s and women s brains in three age groups has been studied: group I - mature age (men 28,0±5,1 years, female 25,8±6,1 years); group II - older age (men 66,2± 5,4 years, female 67,2±4,8 years); III group - old age (men 86,0±2,3 years, female 83,2±2,9 years). 30 hemispheres of men's brains and 30 hemispheres of women's brains have been study, 10 hemispheres in each age. Modern morphometric methods have been used for studying of cytoarchitectonic characteristics of area 44, for thickness of cortex, the area of the profile fields of neurons of layers III and V, their class composition, the density of neurons. We found that the amount of the cytoarchitectonic characteristics changes statistically significant in men's and women's brains in old age. In old age, structural changes to area 44 was not significant. Men have a tendency to large changes in the morphometric characteristics than that of women. With age, there is a decrease of interhemispheric asymmetry of the structure of speech - motor areas of brain.

Abstract
The article presents the results of morphological study of the 72 pulp of permanent incisors and canines 9 adult mongrel dogs, which was modeled acute focal pulpitis. In the main group (5 animals) were used designed medical paste for coating the pulp of the tooth, in the control group - a drug traditionally used for the treatment of pulpitis containing calcium hydroxide. Observation periods 1, 7, 21, 30 and 60 days. The obtained histological preparations were stained with hematoxylin and eosin, Mallory and Masson. Result of the study showed that the developed medicinal paste due to the presence in its composition of biologically active metabolites are able to increase the intensity of reparative processes in the pulp of the tooth, while providing anti - inflammatory and antiseptic action. Morphological study of the pulp of teeth of dogs developed in the application of medical pastes showed signs earlier normalization of all structural components of the pulp and accelerating in her reparative processes, in comparison with the control group. Experimental and clinical study of the effect of the paste on the pulp tissue allows to recommend it for treatment of acute focal pulpitis.

Abstract
The question of the way the interstitial fluid gets into the intraorganic lymphatic flow has been under discussion until this day. International literature has been frequently raising a polemic debate on the presence of direct links between the interstitial fluid channels and the lymph capillaries as well as on the availability of lymph capillaries connecting the interstitium with the lymphatic system. In Russian scientific literature, all attempts by various authors to resort to Recklinghausen's lymph juice-canals, hypothesis have been judged critically. However, the problem of intratissue pre - lymphatic channels to this day has not been finally solved or refuted. The aim of the research is to establish some structured channels flowing into lymphatic microvessels and opening into the interstice. The research was conducted on cats (n=3) and dogs (n=3). The interstitium was got by split by separate the sub - mucous layer, the mucous tunic and the muscular and serous tunics. Fixed in methanol - free neutral 10% formalin, whole preparates were impregnated with silver salts. The research has established structured open tubular channels connecting lymphatic micro vessels with the interstice.

Abstract
A round table held in the Ural State Medical University (October, 2016) showed the need to adapt the process of training highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel to the requirements of new educational standards. Not only the further development of basic research in the field of histology, cell biology and embryology, but also their introduction into the educational process, but also the active involvement of students in the research work carried out by the teaching team of departments is topical. In accordance with the current trends in the development of science in Russia and abroad, it is necessary to expand the study of histogenesis, reactivity and tissue regeneration in order to develop and substantiate possible deviations during the main histogenetic regularities. It is also necessary to restore the system of continuous professional training and retraining of teaching staff in histology, embryology, cytology on the basis of leading universities of the Russian Federation.
