Abstract
Scientometric assessments needed to promote of effective research with accordance of the latest advances in biomedicine in general, for the development of new directions of researches, for the training of highly qualified scientific and teaching staff, and for the find of ways to bridge the gap in the positions and the public image of the modern and the classical branches of biomedicine. The purpose of study - a comparison of scientometric evaluation of publication activity and sociometric indicators of Russian specialists, the field of professional, scientific and educational activities and scientific interest of which is human anatomy. The object of the study were scientometric and sociometric data about of 50 most renowned anatomists of Russian Federation (26 women anatomists, doctors and anatomists 24 men doctors, professors and heads of departments of human anatomy), united in four age groups from 36 to 73 years. Was analyzed sociometric parameters of gender, age, age of Ph.D. and doctoral theses, the years between the defense of the thesis, the time elapsed since the protection of both the thesis to the time of receipt of scientometric data. From scientometric evaluation of publication activity was used the number of publications and citations (references to publications), h-index. The methods of parametric and nonparametric statistics were used for analyzing of the relationship of sociometric and scientometric indicators of scientists-anatomists. It is proved that scientometric evaluation of publication activity and sociometric indicators of Russian specialists, the sphere of professional, scientific and teaching activities which is human anatomy are interrelated. According to the results, sex and age as the conjugate in the field of scientific work social factors are quite important and determine the publication activity of the scientist. Hirsch index is not correlated with the age of the researcher, but it has gender differences. The data obtained can be used for comparative evaluation of publication activity of researchers in the biomedical field.

Abstract
It was established by histological and electron-microscopical methods that there had been revealed pathological changes of the epithelium in the mouth mucous membrane in case of lichen rubber planus. Those changes were chatacterized of the basal membrane destruction and sclerosis of proper mucous plate followed by the destruction of the histohematic barrier elements in the form of the bloodstream reduction and atrophy of minor salivary glands and their ducts.

Abstract
We have investigated the dependence of the physical properties and biological activity of solid, soft and liquid pharmaceutical products and medical devices from mechanical and physical-chemical factors of local interaction with the body of a living person. Shows a significant dependence of the physical properties of the products and advanced materials from such factors as length of interaction, the magnitude of absolute and relative pressure, mass, relative, specific gravity, pH (acidity or alkalinity), concentration of ingredients, the osmotic activity and the degree of saturation of the gases. It was found that interaction with certain parts of the human body changes the properties of many modern pharmaceutical products and medical devices. Found that this is due to the physical-chemical factors of local interaction. It is shown that pronounced changes in the physical-chemical properties of hard, soft and/or liquid materials from which they are made, by a certain value in one direction or another from the physical-chemical characteristics of tissues of the human body, physically in contact with them, are able to give these materials new properties. Discovered that medical devices, characterized by its temperature, gas composition, osmotic and/or acid activity of the relevant characteristics of body parts that come in contact with them, change their state, the stronger, the greater the difference in their physical-chemical activity and the longer the continuous interaction. In this regard, there’s an assumption that targeted changes in the physical and chemical characteristics of the standard (“old”) materials (i.e., known compounds), which underlie the production of products in solid and liquid state allows to obtain “new” design and materials. It is shown that giving old materials new physical-chemical properties and their use for the production of tablets and solutions can turn even very “old” drugs in a very “young” (in fact, even very fashionable) and new drugs with unprecedented (fantastic) pharmacological activity and with novel mechanisms of action.

Abstract
The article presents the results of a study on the characteristics of post-traumatic pathological processes in the mucosa of the maxillary sinus in experimental animals. It is established that the fracture of the bony walls of the maxillary sinus of the sheep causes the development of alterative-exudative inflammation of the mucous membrane of the sinus, which is expressed in the formation of swelling immediately after injury followed by increase till the seventh day. In a more long-term period - 4 weeks after injury in the mucosa predominate in chronic post-traumatic process with signs of multilayered metaplasia of epithelium to stratified squamous and own overactive glands sinus.

Abstract
Due to age involution, the spleen stops to fulfil its functions as the immune system peripheral organ in people of elderly and senile age. For the clinical picture, it is extremely important to find out which changes in the immunity function and - conseguently - in life time can be a result of therapeutic spelenectomy. The aim of the research is to perform comparative assessment of the morphological state of the immune system peripheral organs and of the lafe time between intact and splenectomized old white rats. Material and methods. The paper presents the study of the structure of mesenteric lymph nodes, the greater omentum and the liver in nonlinear splenectomized old white rats (n=25) at the light optical and submicroscopic levels. The controls were intact old white rats (n=7) of the same age as the splenectomized rats. The results of the study have attested a marked stimulation of the immune system of the mesenteric lymph nodes and the greater omentum as well as increased (4-6 monthd loger) life time of splenectomized old white rats as compared to the intact old white rats.

Abstract
In city hospital conducted a study of the dynamics of the state of the body parts of the patients in the place of installation they of intravascular plastic catheters made of polyurethane, silicone and Teflon. It is shown that proper installation of high-quality catheters often causes local inflammation of the soft tissues regardless of the material from which the catheters. It was found that all modern high-quality intravascular catheters have overly pronounced mechanical traumatic action that underlies the characteristic local inflammation of the vascular wall and surrounding tissues. Invited to consider this “catheter” as an independent disease iatrogenic disease. It is established that catheter disease occurs due to excessive mechanical damage to the soft tissue by the catheter due to the high roughness of its outer surface, excessive acuteness and high elasticity of its working end that is mechanically scratch a vessel wall inside the vessel. It is established that ceteris paribus the severity of the aggressive actions of the local quality of intravascular catheters in the venous wall depends on the type of polymeric material from which the catheters. In experiments on animals found that the most pronounced effect is aggressive intravascular catheters, which are made of Teflon. In laboratory tests it was established that the aggressiveness of Teflon catheters due to the low plasticity of Teflon and a low dependence of their elastic properties on temperature. In this regard, the assumption was made that the manufacture of polymeric implantable medical devices from materials having high temperature dependence of the elastic properties that will prevent the development of “catheter” disease and ensure a safe lengthening of location of catheters inside blood vessels. Invented method of biological assessment of irritating effects of intravascular catheters and “melting” of the intravascular catheter, the working of which is a floating nipple, softens and stretchable at temperatures above +33°C.

Abstract
The area of the application and use of knowledge about the genitometry of healthy people are in many areas related to the fundamental problems of anthropology and human anatomy, the study and understanding of human nature, the based on biological differences of social and gender roles, gender identity problems, psychology, human culture and history. Theoretical and practical importance of the study of phallometrical indicators of men are to their importance for clinical medicine, andrology, reproductive medicine, urology, sexology and forensic medicine. The purpose of the study - reviewing of available russian and foreign scientific sources on phallometry of healthy men in terms of social and biological factors which causing their variability, the anatomical and anthropological aspects of its study. Shown the oneness and nonsystematic research on the russian groups in contrast to the foreign studies, including a meta-analytical studies and the development of nomograms. It is shown that the studies in different ethnic and regional populations may help in solving the problems associated with subjective and objective causes of men’s dysmorphophobia and the need for a comprehensive study them.
